Always having an interest in fitness, Christy studied Exercise Science and Anatomy but her true passion was revealed when she enrolled in Younique Yoga’s Teacher Training program in 2012.
Since receiving her certificate of 200-RYT she has guided classes and individuals in a challenging yet mindful yoga Vinyasa style practice.
Her strengths when teaching are linking the breath with postures and creating an environment where students can find their flexibility and balance on and off the mat.
She invites you to join her and allow yourself the time for self care and nourishment of your body and mind while you deepen your personal practice. 
Off of her mat Christy is a mom of two that enjoys dancing, running, teaching and empowering others to become the best versions of themselves! Namaste
